By placing an order with Neptune Comics, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Incentive Cover Policy

Neptune Comics reserves the right to cancel any order pertaining to incentive covers at our sole discretion. Incentive covers are subject to availability and publisher allocation. Orders for incentive covers may be cancelled if we are unable to fulfill them due to distributor shortages, publisher changes, or any other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation, customers will receive a full refund.

Pre-Orders & FOC (Final Order Cutoff)

Pre-orders are subject to publisher and distributor availability. Neptune Comics reserves the right to cancel or modify pre-orders that cannot be fulfilled. Customers will be notified and refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time of order placement.

Shipping

Neptune Comics ships to Canada and the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
